Introduced in the North Line update, the Matriarch is bigger, badder, and more deadly than the Queen. She moves faster and has a more versatile arsenal. Found on Dam Battlegrounds, Spaceport, and Bluegate during specific map conditions.

Calls in Bombardiers, Bastions, Leapers, Wasps, Hornets, and smaller enemies
Self-propelled rockets in straight lines, usually three per barrage
Three canisters of green poison with parabolic firing pattern - can hit behind cover
Temporary invulnerability - shots and grenades have no effect until shield dissipates
